🌟 We’re Hiring: Office & Operations Associate

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Operations Associate to support our day-to-day office operations and people processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

📍 Role Overview

As an Office & Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while supporting HR and administrative processes. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and collaborate closely with Partners and cross-functional teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and maintain a well-organized, productive work environment
  • Handle General Affairs (GA) tasks, including office facilities, vendor coordination, and employee needs
  • Assist in HR processes, including:
  • Recruitment coordination
  • Onboarding and offboarding
  • Performance review administration
  • Manage legal administrative matters, including contract preparation and renewals
  • Coordinate IT-related office needs (equipment, setup, vendor liaison)
  • Work across teams to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in office administration, general affairs, or similar roles
  • Experience on HR processes (recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance cycles) is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
