Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation.
Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Odoo software, specifically Odoo 17/18 or above.
Deep understanding of ERP systems and business applications.
Solid comprehension of end-to-end financial business processes, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Good understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in creating flowcharts, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process diagrams, and user guides.
Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving Odoo-related issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively within cross-divisional teams.
Willing and able wok on-site in Cilincing, Jakarta Utara
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the Odoo support ticketing system.
Conduct system design discussions, timeline planning, and feature development in collaboration with users and stakeholders.
Execute and resolve small-scale system tasks, customizations, troubleshooting, and functional support.
Perform application testing and system integration validation.
Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and system documentation for Odoo usage.
Support continuous system improvements through feedback analysis, issue resolution, and process optimization.
Gather and analyze business requirements from various cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless ERP implementation and development.
Provide training and support to users to ensure smooth adoption of the Odoo system.
