Job description for Network System Administrator at Rohto-Mentholatum Việt Nam
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Strong knowledge about network devices: configuration and maintenance for routing, switching between branches with head office.
- Strong knowledge about network services: DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, POP3, NAT, VPN, DNS…
- Rack server & network, server room: design and build.
- Mail server: management and administration.
- Data store system, NAS backup: management backup schedule.
- System virtualization: setup and management base on VMware technology.
- Network security firewall: configuration & management firewall Fortinet for site HCM office, VNTC.
- Manage daily operations of IT infrastructure including server, network device, computer.
- Create/remove account (account domain, email) for new staffs/leavers.
- Provide daily support to end-users on a variety of issues (internet, email, applications, printing…) via support ticket system, email, phone.
- Identify, research and resolve IT technical problems.
- Setup, configure PCs/laptop for staffs (installation of relevant software, printers,…)
- Support to technically manage office equipment (printer, projector, copy machine, PBX…)
- Manage IT Assets (system hardware, software).
- Antivirus management: deploy & configuration anti-virus server, policy base on Symantec, Kaspersky End Point.
- VPN system for all offices and VNTC: maintenance, monitor connection status.
- Other task assigned by competent management levels.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor degree – Information Technology (Major: Computer Networks, Computer Science)
- MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
- Ability to use English at work
