Role Description
As a Field Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting field services, troubleshooting network issues, and handling project management tasks related to network and IT solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of their network infrastructure. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage tasks both independently and as part of a team in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Preferably 1 year of experience (including internships or project work) in networking or cybersecurity
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience in field service and on-site technical tasks
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating and supervising network implementation projects
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Relevant certifications in network or IT fields are a plus
- Network Associate-level certification (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) – preferred but not mandatory; OR
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Security Service Edge – a plus, not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
