As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales organization and accelerate revenue growth nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the entire sales team across all channels and regions.
  • Establish sales objectives, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, project developers, contractors, architects, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product Development teams to strengthen market positioning.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate major contracts.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets, market expansion, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in B2B industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience leading and managing a national sales team.
  • Strong business development and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia.
