Job description for Motion Graphic Designer at Cardinal Digital
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or equivalent
- With at least 1-2 years of design working experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics or media advertising in an agency setting or client-facing role
- Required Skill(s): motion graphic design, photography, videography/editing, digital mediaUp to date with current web design trends and techniques
- Familiarity with creating design materials for digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Highly skilled in various industry graphic design and editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Very comfortable working with desktop and mobile app editing tools for photo and video
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Spearhead the company’s various marketing and branding visual projects
- Work with the marketing and SEO teams in order to prioritize projects and achieve cross-team goals
- Conceptualize, plan and execute all graphic and animated video requirements for the company
- Interpret concept to visual requirements through animation
- Creatively adapt content pieces for various formats which maintain brand and platform tone
- Develop original interactive web design concepts, social media designs, graphics and video production for our clients in different industries
- Ensure the company’s high standard for results-driven design is upheld and effectively communicated in all design material
- Proofread and apply a meticulous eye to all design and copy for the content asset and media placement
- Provide up-to-date recommendations on design trends and ideas where possible
- Manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelines and communicate clearly to all parties
