Job description for Merchant Account Associate (Malaysia) at FoodLine

We are looking for a Merchant Account Associate (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for existing merchants on FoodLine.sg for Singapore's market
- Cultivate good relationships with merchants to enhance their advertising experience on the platform.
- Identify opportunities to sell advertisements to merchants, help merchants to gain more visibility on FoodLine.sg.
- Motivate and inspire merchants to increase their promotional activities on the platform, driving their success.
- Collaborate with different departments to address any merchant concerns or issues.
- Monitor merchant's performance and provide regular performance reports to the Business Development Lead.
- Share valuable insights and strategies with merchants to improve their sales on FoodLine.sg.
- Work closely with merchants to optimize their product listings and marketing efforts on the platform.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set for merchant engagement, advertisement sales, and overall platform growth.
Requirements:
- Education level: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in partnership or account management roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, approachable, and results-driven
- Comfortable with phone and email communication
- Need to work from home and possess your own laptop/PC with good internet access.
- Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar. Off in lieu will be given if you are working on Malaysia public holidays.
