JOB VACANCY – MARKETING
Lawgika is currently seeking a candidate with strong communication, sales, and digital marketing skills to join our team as Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospects through social media and direct meetings.
• Manage and update the CRM system, including client data, leads, follow-up status, sales pipeline, and sales progress.
• Handle end-to-end marketing processes, starting from lead generation, approach, follow-up, closing support, to maintaining client relationships.
• Assist in developing sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns for the company’s services.
• Understand and be able to explain services related to company establishment, corporate legal services, business licensing, taxation, bookkeeping, virtual office, and other professional services.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer relations.
• Experience in selling services through social media, WhatsApp, CRM, and digital platforms.
• Good understanding of CRM usage and sales pipeline management.
• Able to manage end-to-end marketing and sales processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Accustomed to working with targets and sales performance indicators.
• Confident, proactive, persuasive, and highly initiative-driven.
• Good understanding of corporate legal services, company establishment, business licensing, taxation, bookkeeping, virtual office, and other professional services.
• Proficient in digital marketing and social media management.
• Able to create or coordinate basic promotional materials, captions, and marketing campaigns.
• Detail-oriented in recording client data, follow-up progress, and sales reports.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
