Job Desk:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers through professional communication.
Follow up with customers regarding orders to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns.
Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and develop innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Have a good understanding of English ( fluent in both written and spoken communication) and Mandarin/Hokien
Interest or experience in the automotive parts industry is considered an advantage.
Prior experience in marketing or communication is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
