Job description for Marketing Support (Night Shift) at Mac Marketing
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Social Media Support:
- Manage and update customer accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Yelp, etc.
- Assist in updating and maintaining WordPress websites (Elementor knowledge is a plus).
- Design marketing materials (Posters, Brochures, Ads) using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Customer Support & Industry Consultation:
- Assist U.S. nail salon owners with their marketing and branding needs.
- Provide insights on customer behavior and industry trends.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Billing & Reporting:
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding fees.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Industry Experience (Preferred):
- Prior experience working with U.S. nail salons or knowledge of the nail industry.
Marketing & Digital Skills:
- Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Experience with WordPress website management (Elementor is a plus).
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
General Requirements:
- College or University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a night shift schedule.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
Working Hours:
- 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
- 5.5 days per week
