Job description for Marketing Support (Night Shift) at Mac Marketing

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Social Media Support:

  • Manage and update customer accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, Yelp, etc.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining WordPress websites (Elementor knowledge is a plus).
  • Design marketing materials (Posters, Brochures, Ads) using Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Customer Support & Industry Consultation:

  • Assist U.S. nail salon owners with their marketing and branding needs.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and industry trends.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Billing & Reporting:

  • Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding fees.
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Industry Experience (Preferred):

  • Prior experience working with U.S. nail salons or knowledge of the nail industry.

Marketing & Digital Skills:

  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
  • Experience with WordPress website management (Elementor is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.

General Requirements:

  • College or University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a night shift schedule.
  • English communication skills are an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
  • 5.5 days per week
