Job Description
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads to help drive sales.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the Creative team to ensure high-quality content and designs that align with the company's brand identity.
- Manage, optimize, and analyze digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Develop social media strategies and content plans for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support revenue growth.
- Conduct market research, analyze marketing data, and evaluate campaign performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and ensure all marketing programs are executed within targets, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a, Marketing Lead, or in a similar leadership role with team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and content planning for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing strategy development, budget management, and campaign performance evaluation using KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Creative and Sales teams while achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
