Job description for Marketing Manager at HijabChic
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field. preferably from management or marketing
- At least 5 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position preferably from fashion industry
- Required skills: sales, e-commerce, website, social media, online sales, offline sales, google analytics, SEO, fashion
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
- Willing to work on HijabChic Headquarters in Bandung
- Research, planning, organizing, controlling and reporting include metric every marketing activities
- Develop marketing strategies based on market conditions and company capabilities both offline and online (digital marketing include social media, digital advertising, online marketing performance, webstore and marketplace)
- Formulate marketing research according to trends that occur in the market, especially in similar competitor products.
- Determine alternative strategies to anticipate conditions that are detrimental to the company
- Coordination with external such as agency, marketplace, partnership and coolaboration and cross department internal team (IT, Finance, operation)
- Identify and project potential and business opportunities.
- Planning to expand market share and network.
- Lead the field or marketing department along with all available resources.
- Directing the marketing department to achieve maximum productivity as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Build interaction and cooperation with consumers/customers (customer satisfaction)
- Validate related to standard operating procedure (SOP) in the marketing department.
- Controlling every marketing and sales activity carried out so that it is in accordance with the plans that have been prepared and goal achievement. For example, the achievement of sales volume and profit.
