We are a diversified holding company with businesses across multiple industries. Currently, we are expanding our digital financial services through our Fintech business in Timor-Leste. Our flagship product is an e-wallet platform that enables users to top up balances through authorized agents and conveniently perform various digital transactions, including mobile airtime purchases, electricity bill payments, and other financial services. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the growth of our brand, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new users, strengthen agent networks, and drive transaction growth. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, user engagement, transaction growth, and business expansion in alignment with the company's objectives.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, and promotional channels while ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness through data-driven decision making.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and external partners to support product launches, agent network development, customer education, and commercial initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget, establish measurable KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and ensure efficient utilization of marketing resources to maximize return on investment.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while fostering collaboration, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, E-Wallet, Telecommunications, FMCG, or Technology industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.
Experience managing paid advertising and performance marketing.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
