Job description for Marketing Manager at PT Peraga Nusantara Jaya Sakti
ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategising, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for the events, with the core KPIs of delivering good and quality attendance and attendees’ experience.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely and collaboratively with the Projects sales team to plan and execute the event’s entire marketing campaign. Has a dotted reporting line to the Event Project Director.
- Collaborates and Mentor to a team on content creation.
- Be familiar with digital marketing esp in areas of email marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Adwords and Google Display Network strategies; including the ability to use analytics to improve the campaigns and also to decide on ad spend
- Understands and is familiar with social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,Twitter, WeChat)
- Management of websites and ability to analyse Google analytics to improve website performance
- Preparation and management of budgets
- Strong understanding of assigned industries that will enhance the market/list research to build a hygienic and healthy database
- Ability to slice and dice data for segmented marketing
- Work with Operations and Data Management team on the visitor registration system for its flow and effectiveness, pre-show and on-site, as well as the compilation of statistics and audits
- Conceptualise, design, provide copy and supervise production of marketing collaterals (both on and offline) for events
- Work with trade media and partners such as trade associations to extend promotional reach
- Conceptualise and manage onsite programmes such as but not limited to knowledge theatres and technology tours (with or without 3rd party partners)
- Develop and follow through on new and creative ideas on marketing to increase attendees and improve attendees’ experience
- Public Relation : Work closely with Event Managers year-round to set and track against PR goals for each event cycle, assisting in development of comprehensive plans for each event brand. Traditional and New Media Cooperation, Interview, Press Conference
- Help secure pre-show event highlight pieces that fit the event(s) into larger trends within its respective industry
- Drive PR and communications tactics such as press release writing and overall brand messaging, proactive media outreach and influencer relationship building
- Onsite event management including but not limited to
- Supervision of survey temps to ensure quality insights are captured
- Obtaining exhibitor and visitor quotes
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 10 years of working experience preferably in events or exhibitions industry
- Required skills: Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing, Events Marketing
- Prefer Manager who has experience in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
