Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Create marketing strategies, plans, solutions and activities in short and long term in line with organization's vision/mission and BOD direction.
- Develop procedures, tools to measure performance of marketing activities, in order to promptly provide recommendations.
- Build brand development and management plans to increase brand awareness in the market.
- Create, manage and maximize the annual marketing budget with effective marketing activities.
- Execute and monitor marketing & PR strategies and plans implementation.
- Compose marketing brief for several phases of the project.
- Manage media, PR strategy and execution.
- Engage and manage external resources including agencies and vendor partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or related fields.
- At least two years' experience as a Marketing manager/ teamleaer or equivalent in education referred.
- Highly flexible/open-minded and practical.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Strong leadership, well-organized, sociable.
- Good at English is a plus.
- Experience working in startups or early project stage is an advantage
