Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing activities or plans of our e-commerce or online website.
- Assist in video production shoots and video editing for social media posts.
- Ability to effectively work with a team.
- Be customer centric.
- Conceptualize, develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Handling brands’ social media accounts and plan the feed, engagements, promotions and collaborations.
- Identify trends to promote company's services.
- Identify PR & media opportunities for the brand.
- Stay up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services.
- Track, monitor, review results with the sales team and evaluate the effectiveness and execution methods of marketing campaigns.
