Job description for Marketing Executive at PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Initiate, identify, negotiate, execute and manage marketing initiatives within the team and partners to support company's growth
- Conduct market research, marketing plans & programs, and iteration activities for various marketing initiatives
- Manage internal and external marketing events with/without our Direct Partner including development, promotion, execution, and post analysis
- Maintain good rapport with our partners to maximize our marketing effort
- Develop and improve Cakap brand awareness and touch point in order to increase the number of sales and interactions between the users and our business platform
- Coordinating with cross-internal teams including Design, Copywriting, Social Media team, and others to produce promotional marketing visual
- Deliver data analysis report including weekly and monthly for any progress and new initiatives related to marketing, campaign initiation, and other associated activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or other related fields
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in the marketing/product marketing and campaign-related field, edutech / education industry is a plus
- Advanced in using Ms. Excel, Google Sheet, and Google Slide
- Experienced in Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Digital Advertisement
- Excellent time and project management skills, strong communication, analytical, organizational skills, and creative & reasonable thinker
- Willing to learn & improve, and collaborate with another team members
- Team player, self-proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
