Job description for Digital Technical Support at The Color Club
- Execute web development, publishing, updating web content and supporting on a wide range of content management systems (CSM).
- Create landing pages and do web product management based on client request.
- Create email campaigns on Pardot platform including setting up, testing and deploying.
- Execute functions on CMS systems to manage implementation of digital campaigns.
- Participate in meetings/ seminars with Digital Marketing Specialists from the client’s side, acting as a consultant on email marketing best practices.
- Ensure that deadlines are followed.
- Oversee the implementation of project/ campaign improvements.
- Team structure/workflow of clients/internal procedures.
- Internal management systems.
- CSM systems (Pardot, Umbraco, Salesforce, etc.)
- Other internal workshops and training from time to time to enhance the skills continuously.
- Morning: 7.00 AM – 3.00 PM
- Evening: 3.00 PM – 11.00 PM
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree.
- Experience with managing various CMS and CRM platforms is preferred.
- Experience with coding, basic JavaScript and/or back-end management is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Highly efficient team player, with the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
