- Write posts, news on social networks, press release as well as creative copy
- Run social media channels (e.g.: Twitter, Telegram, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaign
- Build & manage vibrant community on social media channels
- Manage and take care marketing partners’ activities
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, Google Adwords, email, social media and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research (customer insights, market insights, competitor analysis)
- Structuring, managing and growing our community via Telegram
- Designing and implementing incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks
- Coordinating interdepartmental cooperation between the Angels and the Icetea team (including BD, collecting leads, market research, data requests, etc.)
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 1+ years of experience at Marketing positions
- Experience executing paid social media campaigns (understand CPM, CPA, CTR and Ads optimization)
- Experience working with insight research tools (Audience Insights, AdEspresso....)
- Basic video editing and photo editing skills
- Effective communication in both written and spoken English
- Full understanding of all social media platforms
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Can-do attitude, pressure resilience and solution-oriented approach
- Knowledge or interest in blockchain and crypto
