The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.
Marketing tasks:
Propose marketing plans, keep them updated, and own execution from idea to delivery.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets; and prepare summary reports.
- Measure and report campaign performance.
- Register promotions, assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
- Create, review, and edit promotional and informational materials.
- Attend events, gather business insights, and schedule events to support business needs.
- Build content plans; write content and work with designers/videographers for visual channels.
CRM tasks:
- Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
- Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
- Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
- Create CRM campaign content.
- Conduct phone surveys.
- Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships..
- Support Sales and Service teams when required.
