Job Description
- Develop and lead integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with the brand positioning, business objectives, and target market within the fashion industry.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end brand communication across all channels, including digital platforms, social media, offline activations, and in-store promotions.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all touchpoints and customer interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Social Media, Sales, and Visual Merchandising teams to align campaigns with product direction and commercial goals.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, product launches, brand collaborations, and events to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Lead the development of promotional content, including content direction, copywriting, and visual guidelines, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Build, manage, and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs/influencers, media partners, agencies, and external vendors.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion, ROI), and translate insights into actionable strategies for optimization.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure efficient allocation of resources across campaigns and channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to continuously refine communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Communication, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail industries.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Experienced in managing promotional campaigns and marketing content.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with fashion trends and social media platforms.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines and targets.
- Prior experience working with influencers/KOLs and brand events is a plus.
