Penempatan MarComm di PT Anugerah Ajaib ini untuk brand HEYDIAGO, salah satu leading brand di industri kesehatan dan kesenangan seksualitas yang sudah merupakan perusahaan kesehatan dengan ijin usaha dan ijin edar resmi Kemenkes.
Syarat dasar dari persona yang kita cari:
- perempuan menjadi prioritas, namun bisa juga yang paham soal perempuan dan soal feminisme dan progressive world
- pengguna produk, pernah menggunakan produk, atau akan bisa menggunakan produk lubrikan dan tools seksualitas lainnya.
- tahu industri feminisme, women empowerment, dan juga industri seksualitas
- paham marketing channels pada umumnya
- pernah handle online brand is a plus
- pernah ada pengalaman di communication is a plus
Tugas-tugas yang akan dikerjakan:
- mengerjakan materi planning untuk online marketing bersama team marketing utama
- meng-handle rencana konten untuk communicartion channels
- membuat konten itu sendiri bersama designers dan tim kreatif kita
- membantu meng-handle marketplace bersama admin marketplace
- membantu melakukan komunikasi online baik one-on-one maupun mass
- termasuk, tidak terkecuali, tugas marcomm lain pada umumnya

Note:
Remote work options available = tidak full WFH, namun datang ke kantor, lokasi atau venue jika dibutuhkan, masih ada keperluan untuk bekerja offline bersama
