Job description for Marketing Campaign Specialist at Yoona Digital Indonesia
As the Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will help grow market penetration through planning, implement and overseeing marketing campaign strategies and activities. We need a collaborative team player in this hands-on role to drive excellence in our established demand generation engine.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of compelling, end-to-end marketing campaigns, aligned with sales, to create demand for new business and engage renewed interest from existing clients/ channels
- Coordinate and support campaign implementation, including emails, landing pages, blogs, marketing content, meetings, and events
- Analyze the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for improvement
- Own campaign performance reporting, including lead volume and conversion rates by channel to assess and optimise performance and update key stakeholders
- Provide content writing support as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Must be measurement-focused and results-driven across the full spectrum of campaign activities (digital marketing, email marketing, events, webinars, and advertising)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written skills for a variety of content creation (emails, blogs, landing pages, ads)
- Eager, enthusiastic team-player
- A customer focus, both external and internal customers to create loyalty
- Outstanding skills using systems such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google Analytics, Project Management, and CRMs
- Adequate skills on design systems such as Photoshops, Adobe Illustrator, etc is a plus point!
- A desire to solve problems on your own and within a team setting, along with a desire to learn from others and ask questions when needed
- Adaptable qualities, including learning on the fly and open to change
- Project and time management skill
