Qualifications

- Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on company-provided leads and customer enquiries promptly
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Present product and service features, benefits, and suitable solutions to customers
- Manage the customer journey and sales process from initial enquiry through to closing
