Job description for Market Research Analyst at PT Paragon Pratama Teknologi (StickEarn)
- Manage end to end process of quantitative and qualitative research projects for internal and clients
- Taking brief, assisting managers to create the proposal and methodologies in compliance with client needs
- Understand and respond to client’s issues, inquiries and daily requests
- Lead research projects and collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, IT) to create integrated report
- Build research design and questionnaire based on objectives
- Collaborate with cross department team to execute the project
- Accountable for data collection, checking, analysis, and reporting
- Craft insightful report to answer client’s objectives
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Has experience in quantiative & qualitative research project
- Can conduct Survey study, Observation study, FGD, in-depth interview, expert interview.
- Good reporting skills and presentation skills
- Ready to face challenges and work hard towards achieving professional excellence
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Has exceptional analytical and logical abilities
