Accounting/Tax Tech Startup (Stealth)
Salary: $4k-$7k base salary, employee bonuses and stock options
Responsibilities
- To prepare fundraising documents for high growth startups such as financial models, decks, crafting of narrative/pitch, data room etc
- Scope and review the monthly performance of stakeholders companies to monitor operational capabilities
- Perform detailed analysis of actual results against past trends and interact closely with business partners and shared service teams to improve efficiency.
- Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and current investment managements
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Big 4 Company or Consulting Firm
- Prior experience in a bulge-bracket investment banking or M&A firm preferred
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to work with numbers very well in a fast-paced environment, having good oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in Excel/VBA/Macros preferred
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is preferred
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to work well with different functions and levels
- Having a tech driven mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency and adapt easily to a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
