Job Descriptions

Melakukan riset pasar untuk menemukan potensi klien baru
Menjalin hubungan dengan prospek atau calon klien melalui telepon, kunjungan langsung, atau media digital
Mengidentifikasi peluang kerja sama, partnership, atau channel baru.
Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing, operasional, dan finance untuk kelancaran proses penjualan
Melakukan follow up rutin kepada klien potensial dan existing
Menangani kebutuhan klien selama proses kerja sama.
Membuat strategi retensi agar klien kembali menggunakan layanan.
Membuat laporan mingguan & bulanan terkait prospek, closing, dan forecast penjualan
