Job description
1. Courier Shipment Management
Book shipments
Monitor delivery status and resolve delay issues
Handle urgent hand-carry shipments when required
2. Shipping Documentation
Prepare Commercial Invoice & Packing List for courier shipments
Maintain shipment records in Excel or ERP system
3. Internal Coordination
Communicate with Sales, Production teams
Confirm shipment contents and deadlines
Provide tracking information to internal stakeholders
» Requirements
• Graduated from College/University
• Around 1 - 3 years' experience in courier/logistic operations
• Good at English communication skills
• Knowledge of basic customs procedures
• Import & export logistic experience
• Problem solving skills and be able to coordinate with sales teams.
