Job description for Logistics Executive at Annam Group
- Ordering stock for national warehouse shops (shops in charge of HRC, GT) and keep filling up every day, every week…
- Stock gathering upon Sales requests
- Supporting National Sales Manager for forecast planning and keep updating monthly
- Attending the monthly and yearly meeting with Demand team
- Aligning with Retail/MT/AGM team for stock transferring, internal sales and borrowing (nationally)
- Keep following up the Sales special deal to secure stock and align with Demand Planning to adjust PO if possible
- Feedback about the MKT program to Sales Manager (stock side), alarm Demand Planning for any cases of decreasing stock unexpectedly because of Sales or MKT program
- PO processing for local products
- Managing stock request of branches and stock secure in Cat Lai Warehouse
- Others stock reports requested by Line Manager.
