Job Description
- Manage the GMS (General Meeting of Shareholders) or RUPS and amendments to the company's articles of association
- Bridging company legalization issues with third parties
- Extending the HGB-HGU on the company's land assets
- Extending TDP, TIN and enterprise API generation
- Registering copyright (patent rights)
- Supervise business developments related to agreements
- Make proposals for changes to SOPs
- Representing the company when there is a judicial issue
- Prepare for mergers and acquisitions when needed
Requirements
- Understand business and industrial law both nationally and internationally
- Mastering the use of MS Office and basic internet
- Up-to-date legal changes
