Job description for Legal Officer at Mursmedic Group
- Maximum 28 years old.
- Bachelor of Law with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 from any reputable university.
- Have experiences in Company Legal for at least 2 years.
- Fluency in English in both oral and written.
- Expertized in legal compliance and administration, especially related to Employment, Licensing, and Employment Contracts.
- Knowledgeable in government policies related to the company's business.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate internally and externally.
- Have a good initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Able to operate Ms.Office (Word and Excel) well.
- Manage company permits and company documents.
- Create and review company internal and external agreements.
- Control over the deadline for licensing documents, company legality, and employee contracts.
- Review employee's contract documents.
- Update the applicable legislation.
- Reporting duties to government agencies.
- Handle administrative work related to legal.
- Provide advice on legal aspects that occur between the company, employees, and external parties.
- Monitoring the published SOP in the company is running well.
