Job description for Legal Admin at PT NUSA INTI SATU ARTHA (DOKU)
- Make a photocopy of a document if asked bu other department or division
- Scanning all of the original documents in which will be filed into filing cabinets
- placing the original documents into plastic bag and bantex
- Naming the bantex files in accordance with the document
- Make a receipt form of the documents that will be delivered
- scan all document that will be delivered including its receipt form
- make a record of all outgoing and received documents
- Provide a stamp of receipt (date/time) on received documents
- Final year or undergraduate students in any related major (Administration, Secretary, etc)
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Eager to learn, quickly adapting to a new environment
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good communication skill
- Willing to work on office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM)
