- Producing training materials: create modul/silabus training
- Coordinating with training vendors regarding training delivery
- Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Dept Head and Human Capital
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on both organization and the individuals needs with dept. head
- Working in teams to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
- Developing effective induction programmes
- Producing training materials for in house courses
- Evaluating training and development programmes
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting this research
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Management, Communication, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Training & Development.
- Required Skill(s): Training Analysis, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)
- Have an experience in Training & Development (Manage Training Need Analysis, Training Programs,
Designing Learning Principles, Evaluation)
- Able to speak in public
