Qualification:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from reputable universities (no remaining classes)
- Skilled in curriculum design, syllabus development, and training module creation
- Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in office productivity tools: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets & Google Slides
- Good communication skills; able to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts; creative, adaptive, and innovative
- Strong interest in Training & Development
- Familiar with SKKNI (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia) and willing to learn
- Willing to work on-site at the Head Office in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta (WFO) (Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30)
Job Description:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing training programs and learning activities.
- Prepare training materials, participant lists, certificates, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, and internal teams to ensure smooth training operations.
- Monitor training attendance and maintain learning records.
- Collect and summarize training feedback to support program evaluation and improvement.
