Job description for Lead UI/UX Designer at Digital Envision
Digital Envision is a company which provides innovative solutions in web, mobile app, and online marketing to help your business to reach market audiences and increase client satisfaction in multiple platforms. We are looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer interested in building performant on web-based applications!
What You Will Do:
- Lead UI/UX Designer team
- Give art or design directions to UI/UX Designer team
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements for website and mobile app, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Evaluate, identify, and revise existing website or mobile app UX design
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and image
- Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
- Follow industry best practices
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
- Able to communicate in English at the very least of passive is required
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM – 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)
