Job Description
- Provide engineering support for wide range of products (Vibration Testing System, Acoustic Measurement System, Climatic Chambers, EMC System, DAQ, Simulation Software) to all our Asia customers.
- Work closely with test engineering team and production support team to drive debug activities, reliability qualification and defect rectifications.
- Provide the timely technical support and advise to the sales team to response to customer requirements and queries.
- Establish communication with customers on their product testing requirements and training requirements.
- Work with our internal Quality Team to follow up with factories together to resolve all production issues.
- Provide the necessary test fixture designs to meet the customer test requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage & execute engineering projects in a timely manner, cognizant of project deadlines and client expectations.
- Analyse & translate project's requirements/ specifications.
- Responsible for the review of the system design and development for new project.
- Lead and manage the technical team to ensure smooth daily operations deliver assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Ensure that ISO Technical requirements are fully comply.
