Job description for KOL Specialist at Tempat Belajar
Responsibilities:
- Identify and list potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) or content creators that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
- Conduct pre-approach evaluations of KOL content to ensure suitability and brand fit.
- Approach and manage ongoing communication with KOL, ensuring clear, timely, and professional interactions throughout the collaboration process.
- Prepare and deliver detailed content briefs to guide KOL in producing aligned and effective content.
- Monitor and evaluate KOL content performance, including content quality, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
- Maintain long-term relationships with KOL for future collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage collaboration contracts, including deliverables, timelines, and compensation agreements.
- Handle User Generated Content (UGC), including sourcing, curation, and repurposing for brand needs.
- Build and execute content strategy for KOL collaborations, aligned with campaign goals and brand direction.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work from our office in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing KOL or influencers across platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok, Threads, and X.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, such as Engagement Rate, CPM, CTR, and ROAS, and the ability to analyze and report campaign performance
- Social media savvy and always up-to-date with current influencer and content trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and Threads.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and ability to assess content quality and brand relevance.
- Able to identify and differentiate potential KOL and UGC creators based on content style, audience fit, and brand alignment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with a proactive attitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
