Job description for KOL Specialist at PT. LILA SEHAT TEKNOLOGI MEDIS
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential KOLs and influ cers who align with the brand's values and targe udience.
- Reach out to influencers for potentia collaborations and partnerships.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, including content deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
- Draft and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring all terms are clear and mutually agreed upon.
- Manage the budget for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
- Experience in liaising with influencers on Tiktok/Shopee or selling beauty products online.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with influencers, send product samples, and understand product selling points.
- Follow up on influencer performance data.
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in English/Mandarin.
- Placement: PIK
