Job Responsibilities
1. Content Creative
• Shoot, Edit Tiktok content follow by guide content strategy
• Design cover page, campaign promotion
• Creative and familiar with Indonesian TikTok content
2. KOL Coordinate
• Source and acquire relevant KOLs across TIKTOK aligned with brand objectives
• Build, manage and maintain relationships with KOLs, agencies and talent management
• Handle end-end KOL partnerships including negotiation, agreements and payment coordination
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance ( reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights for optimizations
• Stay updated on market trends and identify new collaboration opportunities
3. Cross-team Collaboration
• Work with Malaysia HQ (Marketing Team) for campaign alignments
Job Responsibilities
• Good communication on English
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, design or related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience as a KOL specialist or digital marketing and familiar with Tiktok, Shopee platfrom
• Strong creative skills on visual concepts, storytellings
• Proficient in basic design (PS, Canva) & video editing tools (capcut, Adobe Premiere)
• Excellent communications negotiations and project management skills
• Responsible, self-driven, can work independently with Malaysia team remotely.
• Willing to work Fully WFO after office setup
