Buzzlive is a live-commerce enabler and host provider that aims to assist online sellers and introduce them to live-commerce as one of the marketing channels.
Job Description:
- Identifying and approaching potential and talented affiliate partners on TikTok (KOL/ Influencer/ Creators)
- Manage the talent acquisition process from sourcing to on-boarding
- Stay up-to-date with the latest affiliate marketing trends and strategies on TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities
- Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and report on performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Having previous experience in Talent Recruitment or Talent Management (KOL/Influencer/Creators) will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry and its trends and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Willing to relocate (or Hybrid) to Purwokerto
