Criteria:
- Min. SMA/SMK.
- Age: 20 - 30
- 1+ year kitchen experience.
- Fast & detail-oriented.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Able to speak basic English.
Main Focus:
Responsible for both hot and cold kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, food assembly, plating, and maintaining efficient kitchen workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items.
- Maintain food quality, taste, consistency, and presentation.
- Prepare ingredients and monitor stock levels.
- Support efficient kitchen workflow and order speed.
- Complete daily stock reporting.
- Keep kitchen and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
