Job description for Key Account Supervisor at PT. Sukses Sejati Internasional
Job Description:
· Built and negotiate strong business agreements across consisting of listing, trade, and marketing agreements to grow profitable sales operations across channels
· Built strong partnerships with the portfolio of National Key Account (NKA) across Indonesia.
· Motivate new channels towards product acceptance and negotiate strong partnerships for the execution of the related Business Agreements.
· Grow the sales of VIP Collagen & Cocoflim Product within the portfolio of NKA across Indonesia.
· Achieve quarterly and annual sales target for the key account assigned.
· Secure and grow volume of sales-in from distributor to retailer to achieve >95% Distributor
· Service Level across SKUs and secure stock availability at store level to meet both basic planogram capacity and sales-out volume.
· Build creative sales and marketing plans in collaboration with Trade Marketing team and negotiate strong partnerships for their execution and the target on Trading Terms and/or MoU are achieved. arrangement of product availability, and product visibility through usage of product displays (a.o. Check-Out-Counter displays) and various Point of Sale Materials (POSM).
· Work together with both the retail partners to execute upon the stock, and campaign arrangements, in order to grow the volume of sales-out from retailer to end- consumer.
· Analyze trends in the market and propose programs and/or activities to anticipate thread and opportunity
· Monitor and Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the accounts and make sure they are met and recommend corrective.

Qualifications :
· Max. 30 years old
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Communicative, Creative, & High Achievement Mindset
· Able to maintain relationship with clients.
· Candidate must be willing to work in Gading Serpong Tangerang
