Job description for Key Account Manager at Kitalulus
- Lead the development of e-commerce partnerships: including relationship management, forecasting sales, and managing profitability of accounts.
- Drive e-commerce sales to achieve month and annual sales targets.
- Strategize online marketing channels for the company’s products.
- Manage a small team of store operations staff to ensure fulfillment and deliveries of products
- Find suitable partners to help manage and grow the e-commerce initiatives
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or Art/Creative Major preferred.
- Proven practical experience on growing business through ecommerce channels
- Understand the brand strategy, consumer insight, campaign planning, execution & evaluation
- Analytical and able to build quick solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, influence skills,time management & planning skills
