Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce (TIKTOK); experience in the beauty or personal care industry is a strong plus.
- Familiar with TikTok Seller Center and other e-commerce backend systems.
- Tech-savvy, analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Experience working with influencers, TikTok Ads, or affiliate programs is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Relationship Manager
- Manage and execute platform-led and internal campaigns such as Big Campaigns, Flash Sales, Free Gift programs, etc.
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the TikTok e-commerce platform, including product listings (SKUs), pricing strategy, discounts, ads, affiliate programs, and brand membership features.
- Identify and coordinate with KOLs for Mega Livestream campaigns and other promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Operations, and Brand Partnership to align goals and execution.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and platform developments relevant to TikTok Shop.
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes to develop strategic, growth-focused plans.
