KEPALA BAGIAN INSTALASI CUSTOM FURNITURE

Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Memimpin dan mengelola seluruh aktivitas instalasi furniture dan interior di lokasi proyek.

2. Menyusun jadwal pemasangan sesuai target dan timeline proyek.

3. Mengatur pembagian tugas tim instalasi dan memastikan produktivitas kerja lapangan.

4. Memastikan proses pemasangan sesuai gambar kerja, shop drawing, dan standar kualitas perusahaan.

5. Melakukan koordinasi dengan Project Manager, Produksi, Drafter, dan Client.

6. Mengawasi penggunaan material dan hardware selama proses instalasi.

7. Melakukan pengecekan hasil pemasangan sebelum serah terima kepada client.

8. Mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan kendala teknis di lapangan.

9. Membuat laporan progres instalasi harian dan mingguan.

10. Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan lapangan berjalan sesuai standar K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).

Kualifikasi

1. Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK, D3, atau S1.

2. Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang instalasi furniture/interior.

3. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Supervisor Instalasi, Site Supervisor, Foreman, atau posisi setara.

4. Memahami proses instalasi furniture custom secara menyeluruh.

5. Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan shop drawing.

6. Memahami pemasangan:

- Kitchen Set

- Wardrobe

- Loose Furniture

- Built-in Furniture

- Wall Panel

- Partisi Interior

- Display Cabinet

- Furniture Retail & Office

7. Memahami penggunaan hardware furniture seperti Blum, Hettich, Hafele, Huben, dan sejenisnya.

8. Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan koordinasi tim yang baik.

9. Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline proyek.

10. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
