Job description for (JV2210002) Investment Staff - Jakarta at PT. Asuransi Bintang Tbk
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak Bank terkait dengan management fee asset management.
- Melakukan koordinasi dan membuat laporan hasil investasi :
- Data Report ke bagian tax terkait Pendapatan hasil investasi yang dipotong pajak
- Report OJK terkait investasi sharia dan convent (untuk bagian Accounting)
- Report trisemester investasi (untuk bagian Accounting)
- Report bulanan internal
- Invoice sharing management fee aset management
- Administrasi dan Membukukan mutasi bank cabang
- Menjadwalkan pembayaran klaim
- Memastikan klaim retur dibayarkan kembali
- Membuat jurnal-jurnal investment terkait pembelian/pencairan investasi
- Melakukan tata kelola kartu kredit corporate sesuai dengan ketentuan
- Melakukan tata kelola investasi sesuai dengan ketentuan
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi rekening bank cabang
- Melaksanakan Visi & Misi serta Nilai-nilai Perusahaan.
- Melakukan pelatihan baik softskill dan hardskill secara regular untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi diri
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Keuangan/Akuntansi/Ekonomi dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (Skala 4,00)
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang investment, diutamakan perusahaan asuransi (lulusan baru dipersilahkan)
- Kemampuan administrasi yang baik
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word,Outlook)
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim, inisiatif, dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
