Scope of work
< Website Enhancements / Features >
- Redesign workflow and processes of products
- Website and product User Interface (UI) design
- Create assets and graphics to assist in the production of products and prototypes
- Collaborate with the Product team to balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities
- Develop clear and effective User Interfaces to achieve both product and business goals
- Design products systematically coupled with the evaluation of work with data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Hotjar
- Involve in all aspects of delivery process such as communication with product team, creation of visual designs, release planning, product reviews and usability testing
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets
- Work to design an eye-catching and responsive user interface to make the user experience on our platform simple and seamless
< User Experience & Usability >
- Understand user journey and translate into tangible, high quality design solutions
- User behavior for AB test on workflow and processes
- Maintain a user-centric approach in design perspective and practice
- Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design set by the brand
- Gather and translate high-level requirements and use cases into detailed process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Work with the Product team to seek a deep appreciation of our problem/goals through usability tests
- Generate user personas and user scenarios
- Design and validate new experiences via mock-ups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts
- Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and customer feedback
