Hard skills
- Experience with web and mobile app design.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
- Strong typography, layout and visual design skills.
- Working knowledge of industry tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision, Sketch.
- Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
Soft skills
- Strong attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

It was initially created as a platform for recycling aimed at local schools to make recycling easier, rewarding and fun. The Concept as evolved and now Gringgo is tackling the trash problem head-on.

Gringgo Trash Tech was established in 2015 with Olivier Pouillon as CEO and Febriadi Pratama as CTO with the goal of positively changing the urban waste crisis and the pervasive ocean plastic issue for communities in the fast-developing economies of Asia. It is currently based in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
