Job Description
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to uncover actionable insights for brand and campaign development.
- Assist in developing strategic communication and digital marketing strategies based on client objectives.
- Prepare strategic frameworks, creative briefs, and campaign directions for Creative, Social Media, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, digital trends, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support the development of pitch decks, proposals, and strategic presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with the approved strategy.
- Monitor social, cultural, and digital trends to identify opportunities for innovative campaign ideas.
- Translate research findings and data into clear strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Brand Planning, Digital Marketing, Advertising Agency, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, content strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform data and consumer insights into strategic recommendations.
- Familiar with market research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and consumer journey mapping.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proactive, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good command of both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
