Job description for Junior Legal Analyst at Erudifi
What we expect you to do:
- Advise on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations;
- Address employee queries or questions on legal compliance;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents in relation to any partnership, transactions, or other business matters;
- Review and provide legal advice on documents as needed;
- Set plans to mitigate or manage a crisis or compliance violation; and
- Other ad-hoc legal related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● · Bachelor degree in Law (preferably fresh graduate)
● Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements especially within the Indonesian financial services sector;
● Ability to learn fast and adapt well to changes: We are scaling fast, and with that comes a lot of growth opportunities for someone willing to grow with us!
● Team player and communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, and able to work with a cross-functional, multi-country team from diverse backgrounds with good attention to detail
